Refund policy
1. RETURNS POLICY
1.1 Change of Mind Returns
1.1.1 You may return items due to change of mind, however:

A 20% restocking fee will apply

You are responsible for all return shipping costs
- Request of Return must be submitted within 14 from DOP
1.1.2 We recommend using a tracked and insured courier service for your return. We cannot accept liability for items lost or damaged in return transit.
1.2 Damaged or Incorrect Items
1.2.1 If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, you must:

Do not accept the delivery of good which appear damaged

Reject straight away

Email info@enkahnz.co.uk with photos of the issue as soon as possible
1.2.2 Damage claims may only be processed if:

The courier has been notified at the point of delivery
- Notified within 7 days from the date of Purchase

Postal insurance was selected

The item was signed for as damaged
Failure to comply with these steps may void any claims.
2. RETURNS PROCESS
2.1 To initiate a return, contact our Sales Department at info@enkahnz.co.uk to request a Returns Authorisation Number and instructions within 14 days of your Date of Purchase.
2.2 Once the returned Goods are received and inspected, we will process your refund using the original payment method. All refunds will be made in £ sterling (GBP). Refunds by cheque may be issued if electronic transfer is not possible.
2.3 Please allow up to 14 working days for refunds to be processed from the date we receive the returned Goods.
Original delivery charges and return costs are only refundable if the item was faulty, damaged, or incorrect, and previously agreed by our Parts Department in writing.
3. YOUR STATUTORY RIGHTS
This policy does not affect your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 or any other applicable legislation.
